48 Hour Response
A good roofer is truly
sometimes hard to
find…particularly when
weather is bad. If you’re
unable to get someone live
when you call us, we will
generally return your call
within the day (actually
within a couple of hours).
The problem is when weather
is poor and roofing
companies are getting a lot
of inquiries without the
ability to properly field
all the calls. We’ve
recognized this need and,
even in poor weather, we’re
committed to replying and
responding to any roofing or
gutter need you may have
within 48 hours. This
includes weekend inquires.
